(STeP) evolved as a logical linkage to Mission Education, based on the need to provide employability skills to high school pass-outs and urban underprivileged youth to enhance their prospects of employment in the health care sectoras a General Duty Assistant.

 

Under the STEP program, more than 140 deserving students were trained in General Duty Assistant , computer skills, personality development and etc. Important programs like career counseling, Internship, Employee Engagement program, exposure visits and mock interview sessions are conducted to the students, which helped them immensely. Students trained in this program have been successfully placed in various home care sectors such as Clinic, home nursing and Hospitals.
